My shirt fabric is here!!

LOOK!!! It came!

for the Male Pattern Boldness Sew-Along. I had initially thought I would use an Italian shirting, which was nice, but then I wanted to get fancy.

I got these lovely things from  fabric shoppe, on etsy.

I went with her to get this Riley Blake fabric because she had all three of these, yardage in the stripe print PLUS fat quarters in the others. I had looked around but didn't have much luck getting all those patterns plus fat quarters.

I messaged her at etsy, and sure enough, she had yardage of the stripe and set me up with a custom listing. WOOT! Great service!

I've never used this brand of fabric before and, to be honest, it's a little thin, loose and coarse for my taste, but I'm hoping a good laundering will fluff it right up. In any case, it sure is pretty!!

Very nice! Those go together so well. I love the paisley.

I love the fabric you chose for the MPB Men's Shirt Sew-Along. I went with paisley too, "Bright Paisley, Black" by Michael Miller and will use a solid turquoise for inside accents. Will check out that Etsey store you mentioned.
