Here I am, in May of 2010 at 169. I've lost 10lbs at this point, but I had lost it back in Feb and March and totally stalled here. I stayed this weight, give or take 5lbs, until September of this year. I did keep running all that time. I didn't start feeling REALLY sick until 5 or 6 mths after this pic
And, then how I look now. I'm 154 and as usual decided to take a pic of myself in the middle of folding laundry in the bedroom. Doesn't everyone want to do that? My goal weight is 145..I'm amazed at how much thinner my arms are! yikes! Anyway, still working at it, but I'm finally making progress. Oh yeah, and I'm not sick at all now! Thinner, and healthier!
And, one more with my friend Tina after we finished the White Rock Half Marathon. Gosh what a miserable day that was (weather-wise...we had a great time!)
